Sanfeng precise mold company limited-a plurality of foreign-owned enterprise was established in 2004. A company specialized in the design/manufacture and sale of precise plastic mold. On management we are in strict accordance with the modern enterprise system, to use the flexible operation of the market and exquisite tech serve our customer since company was built.
Our company owned about 80 staff and located right beside high-speed railway station and took the area of 7000㎡ with complete manufacture facilities like MAKINO mirror face spark machine/MAKINO processing center/ numbers of SODICK slow wire machine, also provide the precise test facilities like quadratic element/three-D…. at the same time, company holds a research and development team which is build-up by veteran production/design and management personnel、gather together with the specialists and engineers, so 300 high precise mold was manufactured yearly.
All of our products are comply with ROHS standard. Those products widely in use of auto parts、home appliances、office supplies、daily uses, and some the others like watches、elevator parts、lights and so on. NIFCO，PANASONIC, CASIO, OHE, BRIDGESTONE… are the main customer.
Our company acquired by ISO9001 international quantity system attestation. Taking orders of ‘ first rate products、premium quality、perfect service、best reputation’ as management philosophy. Chasing for far more high target、actively and practically、 pioneer and invent to meet the requirement of all client continually.
History
In July, 2004, Sanfeng Precision Co., Ltd. was formally established in Hong Kong.
In July, 2004, Dongguan Sanfeng Precision Mould Co., Ltd. was formally established in Dongguan.
In August, 2008, it was formally moved to the new plant in Humen Town, Dongguan City.
In May, 2009, it obtained the ISO9001 Quality Certification.
In June, 2010, Plastic Injection Molding Factory was founded.
In May, 2012, Cutting Parts Processing Plant was founded.
